Enzymatic activity is at the heart of the metabolic function of cells, with the regulation of numerous metabolic pathways essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. This project aims to make dDNP a robust technique for monitoring enzymatic reactions and to implement these developments for studying enzymatic reactions under physiological conditions.
